Home is more than just four walls—it’s a place of warmth, comfort, and security. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Hearts to Homes has helped transform empty apartments into welcoming homes for young adults aging out of foster care.
Because of generous individuals like you, over 825 young people have been able to step into their first apartments not as empty spaces, but as true homes filled with furnishings that provide stability, dignity, and hope. Yet so many more youth need our support as they take this critical step toward independence.
This May, as we recognize National Foster Care Month, we invite you to continue being part of this life-changing journey. Our goal is to raise $45,000 to furnish even more homes, and our Board of Directors will match the first $14,000 donated. Your past support has already made a meaningful impact—can we count on you to help provide the warmth and comfort of a home to a young adult in need?
A gift of $1,150 fully furnishes one NYC* apartment, but any amount will bring comfort and stability to these deserving young people.
