Heart To Heart Womens Ministries (From the Heart Community Organization)

Heart to Heart has been a catalyst for equipping grandparents. We aim to help grandparents gain skills and assistance they need while enriching the lives of their grandchildren. Since our inception, March 6,2012, we have seen the need in our communities specifically with grandparents that accept the challenge of assisting with the parenting of their grandchildren. We are designed to come alongside of the family to walk them down a path of success whether that is family reunification, parenting, budgeting skills, government assistance application, transportation needs and so many more, Heart to Heart Women's Ministries is a 501 (C) 3 faith base non-profit community organization.
