Mission: The mission of Harvest Hope is transforming lives by feeding the hungry and building a healthy and hopeful hunger-free tomorrow. We accomplish this goal by collecting, storing and distributing food and related items to more than 400 qualified, non-profit agencies engaged in feeding the needy, elderly, disabled, and seriously ill families and children throughout counties in central South Carolina. Today, Harvest Hope Food Bank serves 20 counties: Calhoun, Chester, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Dillon, Fairfield, Florence, Greenville, Kershaw, Laurens, Lee, Lexington, Marion, Marlboro, Newberry, Orangeburg, Richland, Saluda and Sumter.
