Polar Plunge to support Harvest Hills Animal Shelter
Dear Friends,
POLAR PLUNGE TIME AGAIN!!!!!!!
On Saturday, February 14, 2026, Billy “MAC” and I will once again trade in our warm winter coats for bathing suits, with a beer in hand to take the PLUNGE into the subzero icy waters of Highland Lake in Bridgton, Maine. That’s right — it’s our 3rd Annual Polar Plunge in support of the incredible animals at Harvest Hills Animal Shelter!
Each year, this event pushes us outside our comfort zone for a cause that’s close to our hearts. Picture a freezing winter morning, a shimmering lake, and hundreds of people preparing to make a splash in water cold enough to take your breath away. It’s an adrenaline rush, no doubt — but more importantly, it’s a powerful way to make a real difference for animals in need.
Harvest Hills Animal Shelter provides care, shelter, and second chances to animals who have nowhere else to turn. The shelter is a lifeline for so many furry friends — and they rely on support from people like us to continue this important work.
That’s where you come in. By donating to our Polar Plunge fundraiser, you’re helping provide food, medical care, and safe shelter for these animals, giving them the best possible chance at a happy, healthy life.
My fundraising goal this year is $2,500, and every dollar truly counts. If you’re feeling extra adventurous, Billy and I are always looking for others to join us in taking the plunge — the more, the merrier!
Thank you for helping us make a splash for the animals. Together, we can make a big difference, one chilly leap at a time.
Cheers......
