About Hammer Residences, Inc
Hammer Residences mission is to provide adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live life to its fullest. Since 1923, Hammer has provided innovative services for people with disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives to the level of each person's ability. We support 365 individuals in our 59 homes and 9 apartment programs throughout the Twin Cities. We also provide case management, care coordination, and travel services to over 1500 additional individuals. At Hammer, we believe in helping the people we support achieve their goals and follow their dreams.
