About HALI Access Network Inc.
HALI Access Network is a membership association of non-profit organizations and schools in Africa that work with high-achieving, low-income (HALI) students to access international higher education opportunities. The network was founded on the need to build a coalition of university access organizations across Africa to empower the next generation of community-builders through higher education. We strive to level the playing field in international higher education to increase inclusion, access, and scholarship support for remarkable students who only lack finances to make their educational dreams come true. We pursue our mission through advocacy, building connections, and providing our members mentorship, professional development opportunities, and financial resources.
