The Greater Charlotte SPCA's mission is to improve the quality of life of homeless animals through veterinary care, foster care, humane education, and spay/neuter programs. We are an autonomous organization not affiliated with or supported by any other SPCAs including the ASPCA. The Greater Charlotte SPCA is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit. GCSPCA does not own or operate a shelter facility, all animals are fostered in volunteers' homes.
