The Grand Strand Down Syndrome Society is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and caregivers. We provide support, resources, and community connections while promoting a positive image of Down syndrome. Our goal is to raise awareness and foster lasting acceptance that extends beyond generations. We nurture new parents, celebrate the potential in every individual, and create inclusive opportunities for learning, connection, and advocacy. As we grow, we support local, state, and national efforts to ensure fairness and equality for all individuals with Down syndrome or other disabilities.
