Grace Institute of New York

Hi Everyone!

As some of you may know, earlier this year I became a junior board member of Grace Institute, a nonprofit organization that empowers women in New York City through workforce training so that they can be economically self-sufficient. It provides low-income and underserved women with free, intensive training in administrative and business skills, along with career coaching and job placement services.

The institute's focus on women addresses gender and economic disparities in the workforce, helping break the cycle of poverty and promoting economic independence. Graduates often secure stable jobs with opportunities for advancement, transforming their lives and contributing to stronger communities. The Grace Institute's work is vital in promoting greater economic equity and supporting women's professional success.

On October 10, Grace will be hosting it's annual 'Breakfast with Grace' at The Metropolitan Club, a celebration of the important work that's being done, but also an opportunity to raise both awareness and funds to support the women in the program and—by extension—their families and communities.
