GLBT Youth in Iowa Schools Task Force

I am a teacher in Central Iowa and the GSA Coordinator at my high school. Iowa Safe Schools provides education, advocacy, and guidance for LGBTQ youth, including GSA clubs across the state of Iowa. My students and I have benefitted from their work. For my birthday, I am raising funds for this very important organization. According to the Trevor Project, having a GSA in a school reduces bullying for all students, not just those who identify within the LGBTQ community. Please consider supporting this organization.
