We are Givinghood Foundation, a binational nonprofit born from pain, love, and urgency.
From the border between Tijuana and San Diego, we are building a movement of recovery, dignity, and second chances.
Because behind every overdose, behind every relapse, there’s a story that could have changed — if only someone had listened, reached out, donated, or dared to care.

What are we doing?
We’re building a cross-border mental health and addiction recovery center to:
• Provide dignified, affordable, evidence-based treatment
• Offer housing, training, and reintegration support
• Educate families on addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders
• Prevent death by overdose through early intervention and community outreach
• Build a network of empathy in action

Why now?
Because people are dying in silence.
Because parents are burying their children.
Because youth are falling into a system that forgets them.
Because families are desperate and alone.
Because this is about life or death — and every life deserves a second chance.
