AlIhamdulillah!

We are thrilled to share that, with your invaluable assistance, we have successfully purchased the building for Daarul Hikmah NY on March 2022. This is a remarkable achievement that has made managing our daily activities and management significantly easier, with the permission of Allah and the support of our generous community.

The recent purchase has demonstrated what an immense asset our congregation is to the community, and we pray to Allah SWT that our community continues to prosper and grow due to this great collective effort. However, we must acknowledge that our journey is only at its early stages. Daarul Hikmah still needs the financial support of our community in order to become entirely debt-free of the building purchase, which will allow us to concentrate on expanding our facilities and programs. Without being able to eliminate our purchase debt, we cannot invest in creating dedicated spaces for our sisters, children, and Muslim reverts to enhance their learning and become the best members of our overall community.

Becoming debt-free is essential in order to be ready for the challenges our community faces in this fast-paced society. With your contribution, we can be prepared to expand our services and create an active Madrasah (Islamic Institute), which will serve as a hub of Islamic knowledge and culture, providing programs for community members of all age groups.

We urgently require support from our community to advance our activities and continue promoting our neighborhood Islamic Center. We humbly request your assistance in eliminating the debt that was borrowed during the purchasing of the building. With your help, we can make this dream a reality.

Currently, we are carrying a debt of $650k, $150k of which is in Qard-E-Hassanah. Over time, we have made several essential additions to the center, including the Wudhu center, bathrooms, and other ongoing essentials, which have been added to our outstanding debt.

This is a blessed opportunity and time of great need. We therefore ask you to come forward and take action by donating as generously as possible to support this important mission. Your benevolent contribution will be an investment in our future and we are confident that, with the support of our community, we can achieve our goals and continue growing together in faith.
