Help Us Plant Trees in Schools and Create Healthier, Greener Futures!
At Gardopia Gardens, our mission is to grow healthy communities through garden-based learning, empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the Near East side of San Antonio, we envision a sustainable society where everyone has access to nature and the tools to live healthier lifestyles. Right now, we’re working hard to bring this vision to life by planting trees at underserved schools across San Antonio—but we need your help!
Our classroom canopy project, which aimed to bring shade and environmental education to students, was halted due to frozen grant funding. Despite this setback, we remain committed to planting trees in schools, providing children with access to nature, and combating the urban heat effect that disproportionately affects our communities. Trees not only cool down the environment but also offer students a living classroom for hands-on learning in sustainability.
How Your Donation Makes an Impact:
A $10 donation helps us compost a tree.
A $100 donation plants one tree in a school.
A $1,000 donation provides irrigation for 10 trees, ensuring their survival and growth.
With your support, we can continue this critical work and provide students with the tools they need to thrive in a healthier, greener world. Your donation will help fight urban heat, enhance outdoor learning, and foster a connection to nature that lasts a lifetime.
Every dollar counts—whether it's $10, $100, or more, your generosity will make a lasting impact on our future generations. Please donate today and join us in transforming the next generation’s relationship with nature. Together, we can grow a better, healthier tomorrow!
Thank you for your support!
