Garden of Dreams Foundation

The NHL world was flipped on its head on May 4th after the New York Rangers released a controversial statement asking for the NHL head of player safety (GeorgeParros) to be relieved of his duties. This is a direct result of the Department of Player Safety’s lack of effort to properly prevent unnecessary injuries to NHL players.

Running is one of my greatest passions.  To keep my routine fresh, I try to change up my day-to-day running program by competing in races such as Hood to Coast, High Rock Challenge and most recently my first New York City Marathon.  On February 1, 2017 I will take on a new running challenge by racing up the 1,576 steps of the Empire State Building in New York City.  I need you to motivate me up those grueling 86 stories.  

What motivates me is giving back to others.  So I've decided to dedicate my run to the incredible organization, Garden of Dreams FoundationGarden of Dreams Foundation . This New York-based nonprofit is making dreams come true for kids facing obstacles.
