Join Full Circle Exchange and help us to raise $25,000 by December 31st. Your donation will support our holistic Job Readiness Training Program - providing women (and men) who face barriers to employment (refugee status, domestic violence, homelessness, welfare dependency) stepping-stones to move from dependency to self-sufficiency through; transitional employment, job skills, education, vital enrichment opportunities, and emotional readiness in a safe, supportive and loving environment 100% of your donation, through December 31st, will be matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000. 



PATHWAY TO EMPOWERMENT: There are many factors that get in the way of breaking the cycle of poverty and chronic unemployment. The women enrolled at Full Circle Exchange face multiple personal and economic barriers to self- reliance. Program participants lack marketable skills and stable work histories. Many are refugees, single mothers, have histories of public assistance, lack a high school diploma or GED, lack adequate English language skills, and are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Women with these backgrounds face enormous challenges to finding and retaining meaningful employment that is so necessary to breaking the cycle of poverty.

 Full Circle Exchange aims to stabilize the lives of the women in our program and provide the skills and support needed to enter into entry-level positions, upwardly-mobile employment, and educational pathways - helping women advance towards living-wage employment, self-sufficiency and building assets for long-term prosperity. 

Launched in 2014, our holistic Job Readiness Training Program, has successfully graduated over 275 women (and men) from 10 different countries (97% graduated the program and approximately 82% have transitioned to full-time/part-time employment in the formal sector.  Our program has been recognized by the U.S. State Department of Refugees and Immigration as well as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as one of the most innovative programs in the country. In addition, the Governor of Idaho has recognized the significant contributions of Full Circle Exchange to the State of Idaho.
