Jake Rabinowitz's Fundraiser for United Hatzalah

Hey! I hope everyone is doing okay during this difficult time. On December 10th, I will be competing in the Ironman 70.3 race in Haines City, Florida. I'm raising money to benefit Friends of United Hatzalah, an independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Services organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response across Israel.

The United Hatzalah volunteers have been tirelessly treating wounded in the south of Israel since the onset of this war. They need additional trauma kits and protective vests to in order to save more lives and recover from the attacks of the Hamas terrorists on October 7th.

All money raised will help fully equip 7,000 United Hatzalah volunteers with protective vests and helmets, oxygen tanks, defibrillators, trauma bandages, and tourniquets. These supplies can be ordered and delivered immediately to ensure that UH medics on the front lines have everything they need to respond to the ongoing attacks.

Friends and Colleagues,

In exactly two weeks from today, I will be running the 48th Marine Corps Marathon in Washington D.C. This event will be my second marathon and a celebration of four months of hard work, dedication, and commitment to a goal.

A marathon is a tall task and this one is no different. However, this one also comes with the heavy emotional burden of the recent Hamas terror attacks in Israel. In support of those whose lives have been irreparably changed, I will be using this marathon as a platform to raise funds for United Hatzalah, an independent, nonprofit, volunteer EMS organization that provides rapid, free first response services across Israel.

Our support of this organization can ensure that those affected by the ongoing conflict will continue receiving the help they need. All donations will fund the purchase of protective vests and helmets, oxygen tanks, defibrillators, trauma bandages, and tourniquets - key supplies needed on the front lines.
