Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter

Jackie Keenan is retiring on April 26th after 13 years of dedicated service to DS. She has been instrumental to the success of the SFFO AOR and has always looked out for each and every one of us. She will be sorely missed. 

We have been trying to think of a nice retirement gift for Jackie, who has been adamant she doesn't want a  plaque or award that will collect dust in her house. As most of you know, Jackie has been active for many years volunteering her time in animal rescue and assisting with animal adoptions. Emmett Koehler came up with a great idea to make a donation to the Friends of Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) on Jackie's behalf and surprise her at her going away party on April 19th.
