Raising Funds for the victims of the Ukraine war
Over the last few months, we have witnessed terrible scenes and traumatic images of seeing Ukraine being invaded by Russia. In this kind of situation, we often feel helpless.
But, one of the ways we can make a difference is by supporting organizations bringing much-needed support to those suffering through this war.
onexone has partnered with churches in Poland that are right on the Ukrainian border and are housing refugees as they flee their country. They give precious support and shelter to all that have come through their doors.
On the 10th/11th of June 2022, our team is walking 50 miles in 24 hours over the Blue Ridge mountains in North Carolina to raise funds and awareness about what's happening in Ukraine.
Eight guys will be walking nonstop through the night and then into the next day, which will be a hugely grueling challenge and test of mental and physical strength. The guys will persevere through fatigue and tiredness to complete the 50 miles as a team before the 24 hours pass.
