Fork in the Road Foundation was born from a simple idea: that food brings people together, and every woman deserves the chance to thrive. Our journey started in St. Louis, where we saw the incredible talents and resilience of refugee women—many with deep culinary roots but few opportunities to share them. We believe that sharing a meal is more than just nourishment—it’s a celebration of culture, identity, and connection. By offering culinary training, employment, and a welcoming space, we help women chefs turn their passion into purpose and self-sufficiency. With every cookie sold, every dinner served, and every story shared, we work to create a more inclusive, compassionate community.
