Hi, I’m Curtis Reliford, and I’m raising funds for the Follow Your Heart Action Network, an organization committed to helping people connect, recover, and thrive in diverse communities. Our mission is centered on the power of people helping people, and through our collective efforts, we can make a lasting impact on countless lives.
Your support helps Follow Your Heart Action Network make a difference by contributing towards the following work:
- Providing essential resources and direct service to individuals and families in need in Santa Cruz County and across the United States.
- Maintenance and gas money for a 2001 F350 Ford Truck that is used to deliver supplies directly to Hopi Reservation Number 1 in Arizona, Pine Ridge South Dakota, the Apache in New Mexico, New Orleans and areas affected by Hurricane Katrina.
- Storage unit in Santa Cruz County to store donations and supplies between trips.
- Support to publish Curtis' autobiography. The final draft of the book is complete and funds will support printing and publishing.
