Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment that meets the specialized needs of our youth and non-minor dependents and their families with a continuum of services in a fostering, culturally appropriate environment, through a well-managed partnership of organizations. FCYS strives to promote healthy living by supporting, advocating for, and empowering our youth and non-minor dependents to achieve self-sufficiency.
