There are thousands of persons living without homes here in Louisville, Kentucky. The Family Health Centers - Phoenix Health Care for the Homeless program helps those in need find places to live through our Supportive Housing Program.
You can help make a home by donating to our fundraiser today. All funds raised help support purchasing home goods such as furniture, kitchenware, and linens - everything a person who was recently homeless needs to make a home.
The Family Health Centers, Inc. is a not-for-profit community health center whose mission is to provide access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services without regard to the ability to pay.
