We need donations to keep our work moving forward. Attorney’s, Engineers and industry experts are expensive. Reminder 100% of your donations are used to fund these resources. We operate the non-profit with 100% volunteers, so we have no administrative cost.

Fall City Sustainable Growth (FCSG) is a registered non-profit dedicated to protecting Fall City’s rural character and safeguarding our drinking water from urban growth. With 8 new developments proposed inside our small town, FCSG is partnering with government agencies, hiring experts and advocating for sustainable development practices. Our team of Fall City residents and business owners are taking legal action, like appealing sub-division permits, to ensure that environmental impact studies are completed and developments are built right.

Our mission is to ensure the safety and sustainability of Fall City for generations by limiting sub-development clustering, maintaining safe levels of rural density, and preserving the integrity of our watershed and drinking water.
