About Faith in Action DBA Wheels for Wellness
Wheels for Wellness (formerly known as Faith in Action) provides free, door-to-door transportation for medical appointments and treatments for residents within the service area who have no other means of transportation. WFW aims to provide service to those that are not eligible for Medicaid or other social service programs and cannot afford to hire transportation to their scheduled appointments. There is no income criteria for clients, however the majority are low income. The service area includes City of Winchester, VA; Frederick County, VA; Clarke County, VA; Warren County, VA and northern Shenandoah County, VA.
