Kristina Young, just 18 years old, passed away 6/21/2023 following a tragic accident while serving at a camp for children. She was volunteering as a lifeguard to keep others safe, but lost her own life. Kristina is the 4th of seven children of Pastors Mattew and Robyn Young of Faith Chapel Assembly of God in Pleasanton, KS. The whole Young family are a ministry powerhouse, all of them serving the Lord in different capacities based on their gifts from the Lord.

While we know that Kristina is with Jesus and is whole, joyful, and in no pain, her loss is very much felt here on Earth. We are raising funds to cover Kristina's funeral expenses as well as the family's living expenses while they grieve such a painful loss. Please prayerfully consider contributing so that this family can focus on helping their six children, ages 12 to 21, walk this path of grief. Christ-followers often wonder how we can be Jesus here on earth and this would be a very tangible way to support a family in their time of need. And, of course, prayers for peace, discernment, and a tangible presence of the Holy Spirit are needed and so appreciated.
