Rotary Youth Club Virtual Summer School
The Rotary Youth Club is working to put together a virtual summer tutoring program to help the children with their reading and math. Since school was disrupted last spring, it is now more important than ever that we provide the extra tutoring help the children will need to be successful in school when it starts again next fall.
The RYC's staff has put together a great plan for the virtual tutoring program that combines state-of-the-art educational software, professional teachers conducting scheduled Zoom-Meeting check-ins with the students and parental support.
Funds are needed to pay for the professional teachers, educational software and computers/wifi for the children that do not have those resources at home.
The Rotary Youth Club tutors over 150 children through our after school program. We want to provide this virtual summer program to as many children as possible. Your contribution can help make this happen!
