Facing Hunger Food Bank

I have a big birthday coming up, and my real concern has been for a long time the homeless. Harmony House, Huntington City Mission, and Branches all help with that need. And who helps all three agencies and so many more? Facing Hunger Food Bank!

I have everything that I need, so in honor of my actually becoming perhaps old, let’s help fight hunger.

HTC - E6 is going to be the largest it has ever been! Each year we have made an impact in the community through a food drive to local charity. As the event grows, so does that amount of food that is donated and due to the logistics of that, we are taking a different approach. The HTC-E6 committee is encouraging a monetary donation to Facing Hunger Food Bank. The Facing Hunger Foodbank brings volunteers, donors, and agencies together to feed nearly 130,000 people per year in 17 counties across West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio. We have set up a HIker HTC-E6 GoFundMe site so we can track the donations. There will also be opportunities over the weekend to donate! Every $10 in support gives ~90 meals! - Can we get to 10,000 meals?
