My name is Laura Berndt, I am the founder of Evolving Wellness Safe Haven Teen Center, a vital sanctuary for the youth of the Chippewa Valley. Our center stands as a beacon of hope, offering a judgment-free haven where local teens can gather, connect, and find solace away from the tumultuous pressures of everyday life.

The adolescents of the Chippewa Valley are grappling with a myriad of challenges, ranging from substance abuse and soaring suicide rates to the pervasive grip of depression and anxiety. These issues are exacerbated by a lack of access to adequate support systems and resources. Without intervention, the ability of these young individuals to learn, cope, and flourish in their communities is jeopardized.
