The Epstein files are being released, and they are riddled with redactions in direct violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. The government still claims Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell had no co-conspirators, an obviously falsifiable claim that insults the intelligence of the American people. Four presidents, George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Joseph Biden, and now Donald Trump, have overseen this cover-up. And not one of the powerful men named in those documents has faced justice.
Are we supposed to believe that every redacted name in those files has been fully investigated? We don't. And neither do you.
That changes with an Independent Congressional Commission.
Unlike standard government investigations, an Independent Congressional Commission operates free from partisan manipulation and corrupt agendas. It is composed of Congressional members and private citizens, requires a majority vote in the House and Senate to form, and can operate independently of Congress itself. It would have two objectives: force the government to come clean on why it covered up Epstein's child trafficking network, and prosecute every last perpetrator.
As Rep. Thomas Massie said in November 2025, "Until we see rich men being perp-walked to jail, this is still a cover-up."
