Ensign Orchards

You can make a difference by donating today to Ensign Orchards. E.O. is seeking to expand it's network of small donors who are encouraged to 1) contribute $20 to purchase a semi-dwarf fruit tree (mostly apple), and 2) share the campaign on their social media pages and encourage friends to donate also. Did you know that one tree will yield about 700 apples per year? That's over 10,000 apples in it's 15 year viable life span, which will be donated to local foodbanks, homeless shelters and other causes -- all for your generous $20 donation.

Ensign Orchards has garnered interest from foundations and other sources of significant contributions, but has been encouraged to purchase sufficient land for an initial pilot orchard in order to secure larger donations. E.O. is asking the community to help us secure the funds needed to purchase agricultural land & water rights in a rural area of Juab, Utah or Tooele Counties in Utah so that we can move forward with our commitment to the supporters we've impressed thus far. We know where to get contributed equipment, so subsequent funds (after land acquisition) will be solicited from large donors for structures and from smaller donors for individual trees and other small investment items. We appreciate any donations in any amount.
