About Empowerment Factory

Mission – The Empowerment Factory (TEF) is dedicated to giving children the skills they need to lead happier, healthier lives. Our project-based learning approach focuses on three areas of development: creativity, self-esteem, and civic pride. Every child should feel that they matter and can make a difference in the world around them. Vision – For every child to have the confidence to effectively express themselves and be actively and positively engaged in our communities. We welcome your involvement and support. We are seeking board members, volunteers, donations and grants to support our programs, planning, staffing, materials and other needs. Your resources, volunteer hours and advocacy helps us to build a better world.
