About Elsie Shaw Parent Scholarship Fund Inc

The Elsie Shaw parent scholarship serves the state of Wisconsin. Our mission is to assure that no family who wants to attend the annual Circle of Life Conference will be denied because of financial issues. We ask families what is preventing them from attending the conference and concentrate on removing barriers. In the past we have paid for things such as assistance in helping a farm family hire someone to milk the cows while they were away, helping someone with the cost of a ferry from the island they lived on to the mainland, however, generally we will provide for funding for conference costs such as travel, hotel lodging and conference fees.
