We are appealing the PA Department of Environmental Protection's permitting of a class II-D injection well in Grant Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.  The Little Mahoning Creek, East Run and other tributaries are a pristine watershed and home to the Eastern Hellbender Salamander, from which we take our name.  Every one of the 700+ residents of Grant Township relies on a spring or well for their water.  We, and our hellbenders, have a right to clean water.  And we are asserting our right to say NO.
