Hello! Our Link21 Team has chosen East Oakland Youth Development Center (EOYDC) as one of three charities this year to raise money for this year. This wonderful charity was chosen by Walter Allen from Acumen/Planning and Engineering Consultant Team.

 

Walter and his firm Acumen has chosen EOYDC because they support the organization's mission: developing the social and leadership capacities of youth so that they achieve excellence in education, career, and service to their communities. The EOYDC recognizes that individuals must be given an opportunity to learn marketable skills, attain a basic education and participate in motivating and inspiring activities. They believe that self-empowerment comes through work experience and educational.
