My names Myles holder and for years I have struggled with my mental health, causing paranoia, stress and anxiety, I ended up turning to drinking and drugs which only made things worse and ended up doing some time in prison, I have battled demons for years with demons, unfortunately the last 6 months I have spiralled out of control with alcohol and I have lashed out and pushed away the people who mean the most to me, I have lost some of the most important people in my life some close friends and family, who I love and I’m so sorry to some of the people I have upset along the way, hand on my heart my life turns around from now, I’m now getting the help I need from a Psychiatric nurse with the right medication, and I want to raise awareness for people who are going through the same, to talk to someone and get the help They need before it’s to late, over the next 12 months I will be going alcohol free and taking part in numerous amounts of charity work involving runs, charity boxing matches, including a run on the 30th august with Martin Jones, dan and stick treck up mount snowdon, if anyone has any charity ideas or challenges they would like to see me try them throw them at me I’m willing to try anything to raise money and awareness for mental health, it’s time for me to swallow my pride and face my demons my family mean more to me than my reputation. I’m dedicating this to my amazing mother Angela holder and my children Brooke, Logan and Dolly - Doreen Holder and all my family and friends, as time goes on over the next 12 months and people see my commitment, I hope you will all support me and follow my journey it would mean the world to me, to get it started and to show everyone I am serious! As soon as I hit the 2k mark my hair will be shaved off live on Facebook and the hair donated to the little princess trust, people you know how much I love my hair! This is going on for 12 months so as soon as the hair is gone we can find another challenge? So try me?
