MWA advances its mission through four programmes: Advocacy, Research, Community Organising, and Support. Advocacy: MWA advocates for systemic change by demanding the complete abolition of the Kafala system and rejecting superficial reforms that fail to deliver real impact. Research: MWA produces knowledge on overlooked issues affecting migrant workers, offering new perspectives on the Kafala system and challenging dominant narratives to drive policy and social change. Community Organising: MWA works with migrant-led groups to strengthen their collective power and provide tools to build their own resistance in the fight for systemic justice. Support: MWA supports migrant domestic workers facing situations of exploitation and abuse by providing confidential assistance
