Do Dream Community Church

Hello everyone. My name is Grace Park and I am a member of Do Dream Community Church, a Christ-centered Expository Preaching Church located in Lancaster, California. We are a small and humble church with a congregation of about thirty people, including our youth.

Our church relocated to our current location 7 years ago and we have been working diligently to have our building approved as a commercial property.

Despite our small size and sometimes insufficient funds, we have successfully completed each step of the permit process through the hard work of our congregation and the grace of God.

The parking lot is a requirement by the city to approve of our permit. Regardless of the church’s financial situation, it is a project we must complete now. Unfortunately, the cost is something that our church’s finances are unable to fully support at this time, leading us to reach out for your help.

The road outside the church becomes muddy after every rainfall and the ground sinks in multiple spots. Naturally, our current dirt parking lot ends up just as messy. Our hope is that the church can be a place that is easy to navigate for our older congregation members as well as the children.

We may be small, but we push forward without losing hope to maintain this church for our beloved Lord. Should the love of God encourage you to help support our humble church, we would appreciate any help, whether in the form of prayer or monetary support. With your blessing, our congregation will be able to continue to be a church that follows the heart of our Lord and do our best to share our love and blessings with our neighbors.

It pains me so much to hear people who come to our church for the first time say that the difficulties getting through the roads by the church and the parking lot will prevent them from attending our church again.

안녕하세요. 저희 교회는 캘리포니아주 남쪽 시골 랭케스터에 있는 두드림 교회입니다. 저는 두드림 성도 박혜자 입니다.

저희 성도수는 약 30명 정도입니다.

저희교회는 7년전 교회부지를 이전해서 commercial property로 승인받기 위해 열심히 노력해 왔습니다. 작은 교회라 넉넉하진 못한 형편이지만 하나님의 은혜로 성도님들이 힘을모아 교회건물로 인정받기 위한 힘든 절차를 잘 감당하고 있습니다.

파킹랏은 시티의 요구 사항이기에, 교회 형편에 상관 없이 마쳐야 하는 프로젝트라서 주차장 공사를 진행하려고 하는데 교회 재정상 다 감당하지 못해서 따뜻한 온정의 손길을 요청하고자 합니다.

비가 올때마다 교회앞 도로는 진흙 투성이가 되고, 땅은 푹 꺼져 울퉁불퉁 다 패이고,

교회 주차장은 엉망이 되기도 합니다. 노약자들이 운전하시기에도 편하시고, 아이들이 마음껏 뛰어놀수 있는 교회가 되어지길 소망합니다.

작고 연약하지만 소망을 가지고 주님의 교회를 세워 나가고자 합니다.

하나님의 사랑이 여러분들의 마음을 감동케 하셔서 연약한 교회를 위해 기도해 주시고 서포트 해주시면 더욱 주님의 마음을 품고, 이웃사랑을 실천하는 교회가 되도록 모두가 최선을 다할 것입니다.

교회 처음 오시는 분들이 교회도로와 주차장이 불편해서 다시는 못오겠다 말씀 하실때마다 너무 가슴이 아픕니다.
