DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION

For over 100 years, DC Public Library has played a major role in serving all District residents – from the most affluent to those struggling to survive. The DC Public Library Foundation is a key partner to the library, and donations to DCPLF support the Library in providing programs, services, books and other materials to educate and enrich the lives of D.C. From city-wide initiatives for literacy, makerspaces and classes, computer training and job assistance to the commissioning of original works of art, DCPLF is making a difference to the people, communities and libraries in the District.
