Distinguished Young Women is a national scholarship program that inspires high school senior girls to develop their full individual potential through a fun, tranformative experience that culminates in a celebratory showcase of their accomplishments.  For over 42 years, the local Avon program has built self-confidence and life skills and awarded participants scholarships based on academics, interview skills, stage performance, physical fitness and the ability to communicate clearly.
