Please take a moment to read my story. (Warning Harsh Subject Matter: Suicide)
In 2016 when I was 14 years old, my dad died by suicide and my life has never been the same. He suffered from a mental illness and it changed his confidence, ability to conduct regular activities, and his life. My family has an amazing support system to get us through what was the hardest experience in our lives. 

September is Suicide Prevention Month and I have had a heavy heart every day. In the past, I never realized how our actions and support can save lives. It's important to have difficult conversations and provide help for those who need it. In honor of this month and my dad, I have created a fundraiser to donate to Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services. This organization provides support and services for suicide prevention, mental illnesses, and substance use. Please donate $10 to this amazing organization. It would mean the world to my family and me, and could save a life.
