DON'T SUFFER ALONE! Depression is such a monster to bear, it's good to know that there is help out there if things get really bad. We're here to raise money for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance for the aid of those suffering every day from an invisible illness. In addition to the funds we raise, we will also raise awareness of depression and how it hinders more people than you think on a day-to-day basis.

Welcome all to my April Charity Stream Event!

This month, we are supporting the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance, or for short, DBSA.

Who is the DBSA?:

The DBSA provides support and resources to those who have mood disorders and is a foundation that has been providing such support since 1985.

I myself, along with others very close to me, suffer from various sorts of mood disorders. I myself suffer from severe anxiety and also bouts of depression. I know what terrible things you can experience when going through these moods, and what feelings you can have about life in general.

The DBSA can do what I cannot. They can provide answers, support groups, tools, and resources to help individuals who are struggling with their mental health.

Why give to the DBSA?:

More than 21 million Americans suffer from mood disorders annually. Mood Disorders can affect any one at any age, and is one of the nation's leading public health issues. Every dollar given to the DBSA helps them provide support to an individual and help them on to a better life. The ability to assist so many people is accomplished with the generosity of those who can give.

Please join me on April 22nd, 2018 for a day of fun, awareness, and support. I am planning on running this charity stream for 12 hours, but momentum depending, may run longer. I have set a goal of $3,000 USD, but I do not expect to hit this on the first day alone. That is why I am pleased to announce that I will be raising money for DBSA for the entire rest of the month of April starting on the 22nd. Let's crush this goal together!

It's that time again! Markiplier (me) is running another Charity Livestream for another great cause! We're trying (going) to raise $50000 for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance!

Mental illness is too often looked down upon as far as medical treatment goes. Too much doubt and misunderstanding surrounds these subjects and it needs to be addressed with the same seriousness as physical illnesses. So that's what we're trying to do today! So please give whatever you can, small or large, all money goes directly to the charity! Markiplier (myself me I) does not handle the money in any way!
