Delphi Academy of Florda

Want to join me in making a difference? Delphi Dance Team and Band are raising money to benefit Delphi Academy of Florida's performing art spaces, and any donation will help make an impact.  We are also having a Student Choreography Showcase, led by Varsity Dance Team and Band where we will be performing student choreographed dances and self-taught songs. The proceeds from this event will go towards improving the performing art spaces as well. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

The JOGATHON DASH enables students and families to support the school and have TONS of fun, all in an exciting and energetic three-week period!

HOW IT WORKS

The Jogathon Dash will run for three weeks.

First Pledge Week (February 26th - March 2nd) - Each child will be given ONE GIANT ENVELOPE to collect and log all their donations and pledges.

*GoFundMe - Dono on our GoFundMe page!  Make sure sponsors list your child’s name in their sponsorship, and that your child logs the donation on their Jogathon envelope.  The site address: GoFundMe.com/delphijogathon2018.

Second pledge Week (March 5th - March 9th) - REACH YOUR GOAL for donations and pledges!

Jogathon (Saturday, March 10th) -  8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, Highland Rec Center - Pavilion
Cheer team will be in place!
Mini track, for our smallest joggers!
All Joggers must run attended:)
Coffee for parents, water and snacks. Parents are encouraged to run too!

Collection Week (March 12th - March 16th) - Turn in all of the money your child fundraiser and child’s completed donation envelope!  ALL collections are due on Friday, March 16th! ( NOTE: The school will not be billing or collecting from your sponsors.)

Awards Ceremony (March 23rd) - Awards Ceremony will be based on collected and turned in monies.  Here are the awards the students will be winning:

Jogathon DASH Party ( March 23rd) - JOGATHON DASH will have a giant all-school participation party to honor those that helped.

WHERE JOGATHON FUNDS WILL GO

Your child’s classrooms!!!!  

That’s right, the 2018 goal of raising $45,000 will go towards delivery enhancement for EVERY classroom! Each class, from Preschool to High School will directly receive 85% of the total raised for that class.

The teachers and students will determine what enhancements to make in their classroom. Examples of this might be computers and printers, Smartboards, reading nooks, computer programs and sports or art equipment.

This is the year to GET INVOLVED, STAY INVOLVED AND REALLY PUSH TO HELP YOUR CHILD MAKE AND EXCEED THEIR GOAL!

OVERALL TARGET:  $45,000
