Donate to Finish Sugar Land Mosque Project
We are raising funds to expand and improve our mosque in Sugar Land, which serves over 7,000 plus Muslim families in the surrounding area. The current mosque is too small to accommodate the growing number of worshippers, especially during Friday prayers and other significant occasions. This expansion is crucial to provide adequate space and essential facilities for the community.

Current Progress:

The total cost of the project is $165,000, and thanks to the generosity of our community, $50,000 has already been collected. We’re excited to share that construction is 40% complete, and all necessary permits are in hand. However, we still need additional support to finish the remaining work.

Why More Funds are Needed:

To complete the construction of essential areas like the bathrooms and wudu area, we need to raise an additional $109,000. These facilities are critical to ensure that the mosque can serve the growing number of worshippers in a clean and comfortable environment.

The funds raised will be used for the following:

Erecting the Building: Completing the structural elements of the new bathrooms and wudu area.

Building Bathroom Walls: Constructing walls to provide privacy and comfort.

Insulation: Installing insulation to regulate temperature.

Air Conditioning: Providing a comfortable, cool environment with a new AC system.

Septic Tank: Ensuring proper waste management with the installation of a septic tank.

Electrical Work: Wiring for lighting, ventilation, and other needs.

Plumbing: Completing plumbing work for water supply and drainage.

Darul Uloom Texas. needs support during pandamic
Alhumdulilah Dar ul uloom Texas, is serving community for last 9 years and successfully made over 80 boys and girls huffaz. Even during pandamic we continued our hifz program online .Sadly during this pandamic we are going through financial crisis as number of attendees and donors has gone down dramatically. Dar ul uloom Tx is running behind on the rent and utilities and we need your help to keep the mosque and hifz program runing. Please donate generously and be a part of sadqa e jaria
Dar ul uloom Texas is in the community for last 9 years Alhumdulilah more then 80 boys and girls have had memorized quran. Alhumdulilah hifz classes are still going on and more then 35 boys and girls are in full time hifz and about 20 kids are in nazira evening class.

A new aalima course has just been launched for girls 14 and older and mashaAllah more then 8 girls are enrolled and started their classes.

Dar ul ifta

Iftar during Ramadan

Taraweeh

Eid prayers

Moon sightings

Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and be upon him, said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.” (Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 439, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 533)
