Dance Express is a non-profit inclusive dance troupe in northern Colorado.

 

Being an inclusive dance company is something unique that not every platform of creative art and expression can say that they do. We are a dance troupe for people of all abilities. Not only do we give persons with and without disabilities a place to express themselves, have community, and move, but also we perform virtually and onstage at venues in northern Colorado. Our dancers share amazing performances, often partnering with local artists, musicians, students, and other dance companies to make our shows come to life.

 

This is our third annual Gofundme campaign. During this campaign our generous donors help us raise the funds necessary for programs and expanded participation from dancers with disabilities, such as Down syndrome or developmental delay. There are a lot of expenses that come with putting on performances and productions: from rental of the facilities, to costuming, to video, to the countless hours put in by our artistic director to develop the choreography and teach the company members. It's because of donors like you that Dance Express continues and expands its programs and can thrive.

For the coming years, Dance Express is seriously engaged in building capacity to expand programming, staffing, and collaborations. We desire to create a lasting footprint in the region.
