Dear Friends and Animal Lovers,

I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart but also with hope for my beloved rescue dog, Buddy. I found Buddy 9 years ago in dire circumstances; he was malnourished and severely injured, seemingly thrown from a car. I couldn’t leave him behind, so I adopted him, giving him a second chance at life. Since then, he has become an irreplaceable part of my family.

As many of you know, I dedicate my life to rescuing dogs in need. Over the years, I have provided medical care for countless animals, and my commitment to their well-being is unwavering. However, in recent months, I have taken in seven dogs requiring urgent medical assistance, and this has taken a significant toll on my finances.

Now, Buddy’s health has taken a serious turn. His platelet count dropped to alarmingly low levels—at one point, it was zero. After numerous emergency visits and intensive care, he has managed to stabilize, but a new obstacle has arisen. Veterinarians have discovered a mass in his spleen that needs immediate surgical intervention. If this mass ruptures, it could lead to fatal internal bleeding.

We have been waiting anxiously for Buddy to recover enough for surgery. Thankfully, he has shown remarkable resilience and is now scheduled for the procedure tomorrow. This is a critical step in ensuring his longevity and quality of life.

However, the costs associated with Buddy’s treatments and upcoming surgery have become overwhelming. I find myself in a difficult situation, and I humbly ask for your support during this challenging time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards Buddy’s medical bills.
