Fuel Future Leaders: Donate to Culturator
✰ Who We Are ✰
In this century, unprecedented challenges demand a convergence of brainpower, manpower, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, more than anything we've seen before. To prepare us to face these challenges, Culturator aims to instill skills of leadership, self-directed learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a pressing urge to explore the unknown in our current youth. Culturator was founded in 2023 by teens passionate about driving innovation to solve the global challenges of the 21st century. We started small with a team of 7 high schoolers running a monthly journal publication. Now, Culturator has grown to a group of 76 volunteers, reaching thousands monthly and providing opportunities for hundreds of teens worldwide with our 3 Pillar Programs. Culturator is an impact-driven 501(c)3 non-profit of young thinkers exploring and addressing global challenges through interdisciplinary research and creative expression. Here, we are creating an ambitious, future-oriented community dedicated to innovation and social impact.
✰ What We See ✰
Culturator aims for a world where ambitious and informed young people lead the way in solving global issues, driving innovation, and reshaping a sustainable and equitable future for all. We strive to democratize access to high-quality educational opportunities by connecting a global network of ambitious youth and offering the tools and platforms necessary for young leaders to make meaningful contributions.
✰ What We Do ➵ Our 3 Pillar Programs ✰
The Journal of Global Voices: A collection of young creatives
Its inaugural publication in January 2024, The Journal of Global Voices offers a platform for young leaders to express their perspectives through the sciences and the arts. Global Voices has monthly electronic publications that are amassing thousands of reads, and an annual print edition is distributed in outlets across America. Our journal has drawn in more than 60 young creatives from 15+ countries. We are democratizing access to publishing opportunities for young voices to inspire change and contribute to a deeper understanding of our world.
CSR-x Research Program: Creating a better future — one project at a time
The CSR-x Research Program is a free, summer, online research experience and a collaboration project between CYSP and Culturator. A 6-week program from June 24 to August 4 with 3 phases, CSR-x engages high school students across the globe to dig deeper into distinct topics in 7 disciplines, ranging from engineering to social sciences. Receiving more than 150 mentor and mentee applications, CSR-x hosted 11 cohorts in the summer 2024 term. The program culminates in a symposium-style competition and with publication opportunities for outstanding works
STARS Global Challenge Competition: Exploring an ever-changing world
The STARS Global Challenge Competition invites youth to explore the intersection of science, technology, and society. In the winter 2024 season, STARS received more than 130 submissions from talented artists in 20+ countries. By creating visual works that reflect on how advancements reshape our world, STARS allows youth to engage in a dialogue that bridges artistic and scientific communities and cultivates a deeper understanding of our rapidly evolving world.
