Cudas Beach is fundraising
New Smyrna Beach Lady Cudas Beach Volleyball
The Lady Cudas earned the first FHSAA State Beach Volleyball Championship in Tallahassee for the 2022 season! Finishing with a 24-1 record, this well-deserving team was also recognized by our city council and they were voted Team of the Year for Volusia-Flagler-St. Johns by The Daytona Beach News-Journal. With zero graduating seniors, the entire team will be returning this upcoming season and they will be looking for a repeat state championship title.
All of this was accomplished without an on-campus practice/game facility. We currently practice on 2 courts located on the beach. While the setting is beautiful, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature during our season. We battle high tides, strong winds and shifting sand during the winter and spring months that make up our season.
With your support, the NSBHS Lady Cudas Beach Volleyball program will be able to continue year around training and conditioning, help build home courts, court lights, fencing, cover travel expenses and purchase and maintain equipment along with any other gear the team needs so that they can continue to represent NSBHS at the highest level.
