Crescendo Club of Chardon School System

The Crescendo Club is an organization that exists to further the music program in the Chardon Schools and provide funds for the enrichment of the music program at all levels - PreK through 12th grade.

Our organization is made up of parents interested in our purpose along with district music staff. Anyone with this same interest is welcome to join! Our meetings are the first Tuesday of each month at 7:15pm in the high school media center.

Crescendo Club raises funds through a variety of fundraisers including the spring TAG (thank-a giver) Day. These funds are distributed throughout the district and by special request by the music staff. Funds are used for to purchase music, pay for contest fees, awards, instruments, instrument repairs, uniforms and scholarships. Additional fundraising may be done for specific needs.

TAG Days is held in May and is one of our biggest fundraisers.

Please join us in making a difference! We are raising money to benefit the Crescendo Club of Chardon School System, and any donation will help make an impact! We have been able to do so much through your generosity as it benefits our school's music program from Kindergarten all the way through High School!!

Some of our accomplishments through the years have been helping those talented children have instruments to use that might not otherwise be able to have access to them, providing educational field trips to expand the children's experiences in this field of arts, we have been able to purchase educational tools and equipment to help the teachers do their job in providing the best lessons possible, and we have been able to purchase marching band, band, and choir uniforms for our growing group of young adults making the most of their high school years.

Each month, the board of the Crescendo Club and the music teachers meet to discuss the state of the organization and approve monetary requests.
