Promote and enhance the quality and availability of health education in Southwest Arkansas and Northeast Texas; and, to promote cooperation among communities, health care providers, education institutions, and health related orgranizations in the area.b. Promote health educaiton for the public and health care professionals.c. Participate in any activity designed and carried on to promote the general health of the area.
