More information about Community of Hope: Community of Hope creates opportunities for families in Washington, DC, including those experiencing homelessness, to achieve good health, a stable home, family-sustaining income and hope. We work to end homelessness by providing housing with supportive services to about 1,000 families in DC. Our three health centers provide a full-range of medical, dental, behavioral health, health education, care coordination, and supportive services to about 10,000 low-income, immigrant and refugees residents of DC.
